BON BON Senior Bar Supervisor – Fulltime (with salary option), great tips/benefits

Sydney’s most glamourous and sophisticated adult entertainment venue is seeking an experienced and trustworthy bar professional to join our team of fun-loving individuals.

Venue – Luxury Gentlemen’s Club, in one of Sydney CBD’s beautiful heritage buildings, oozes with style and sets the stage for our top-class performers and entertainers. Featuring a well-appointed bar serving a range of premium Champagne, cocktails and spirits with refined service. 

Ideal Candidate - Has at least 1-2 years of experience in a senior bartending or management role. Enjoys working with a close-knit team and demonstrates a willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Experienced in supervising and inspiring fellow staff, showing a proficiency in cocktail making and drinks knowledge and have a desire to deliver excellent service

Operational hours are Tuesday/ Wednesday from 5pm – 2am, Thursday/Friday from 5pm – 4am, and Saturday from 8pm - 4am, so experience and a willingness to work in a late-night venue are required.

As BON BON Bar Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in managing a close team to ensure that they are consistently delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Cash handling
• Stock take and ordering
• Communicating with suppliers and service providers, ie distributors
• Maintaining a vibrant and inviting atmosphere, ensuring the bar is always immaculate.
• Building relationships and creating rapport with VIP guests
• Demonstrate accountability and take personal responsibility for the success of the venue
• Ensure the delivery of excellent and professional guest service at all times

Requirements:

• Trustworthy and dedicated, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proven experience at a supervisory level or in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Adhere to the strict management practices of RSA and hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as required by the business
• Computer literacy and competency using Excel or Google Sheets

Great to have:

• Advanced RSA certificate
